Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pillsbury's best
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mash the boiled sweet potatoes smooth, add the sugar and butter. Dissolve the soda in the buttermilk and add it. Sift flour and salt and add to the other mixture. Roll out, cut as other biscuits and bake in a quick oven.
