Sweet Molasses Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups bran flakes
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix bran flakes, raisins and water, and set aside.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in bran mixture until moist.
  4. Put in muffin tins, and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy.
