Sweet Lentil Stew (East Africa)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Cook lentils as directed by pkg until soft. Drain.
  2. Combine lentils and everything else. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, until liquid thickens.
