Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes with kitchen shears and soak in olive oil to soften, about 10 minutes.
  2. Shread basil leaves.
  3. Whip egg in small bowl, add drained tomatoes and basil.
  4. Place chicken in medium bowl with suger, grill seasoning and garlic.
  5. Add egg, tomato and basil and mix gently. Mix only enough to combine ingredients to form 4 patties, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  6. Core and slice red pepper to 1/4 inch rings.
  7. Slice onion to 1/4 inch rings.
  8. Preheat skillet add 2 Tbl olive oil. Cook onion and pepper till tender about 5 minutes set aside.
  9. Heat broiler.
  10. Place patties in olive oil and cook each side about 6 mins.
  11. Toast buns under broiler, about 1 min and remove.
  12. Spread miracle whip on bottom bun. place burger on bun with a few rings of onion and pepper. Place cheese on top and place under broiler for about 1 min to melt cheese.
