Ingredients:

  • 1 (4 oz) package buttermilk pancake mix (i used hungry jack easy packs)
  • 4 tbsp creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with a wire wisk. Cook on medium high heat just like a regular pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
