Sweet and Sour Pork Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients and make into 12 meatballs.
  2. Place in baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
  4. Bake at 325F for 4o minutes.
