Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oat flour ( we grind oats in a grinder)
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 3 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Combine honey eggs and melted butter
  2. Add salt, flour, oat flour, and milk, mix well
  3. On a hot grill, drop about 1/4 cup of batter and spread to about a 4 inch round pancake.
  4. When bubbles form on top of cake, flip and cook other side until cooked
  5. Butter and top with syrup or jam.
