Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until light.
  2. Add Milk and continue mixing.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, and sugar-beat until smooth
  4. Bake on a hot gridle, turning once.
  5. Serve with syrup. or butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. We LOVE them with fresh fruit.
