Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 packet oreo biscuits

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar.
  2. Add the milk, flour, salt and baking powder, and mix until it is smooth.
  3. Coat the biscuits in this batter and fry in hot oil until golden,
  4. Drain over paper towel and serve hot.
