  1. Grind flaxseed in food processor, coffee grinder, blender, etc. until fine & almost pasty.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in microwaveable container.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
  5. Combine wet ingredients & melted margarine.
  6. Blend wet ingredients & dry ingredients.
  7. Fry on griddle.
