Super Easy Walnut Spice Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 spice cake mix (i had betty crocker super moist)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk (or half 'n' half)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (more if using english walnuts, they're not as pungent as black)
  • that's it

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F
  2. Stir softened butter (I whip it up good with the spoon before adding other ingredients) cake mix, milk, egg, and nuts together really good.
  3. Spread evenly into greased 9 x 13 baking pan
  4. Cook for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool slightly and cut into squares the size of your choice.
  6. Enjoy.
