Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cube baked potato into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add green pepper, onion, garlic powder, hot sauce, and pepper to taste.
  3. Saute in margarine in a non-stick skillet for 2 minutes.
  4. Beat gently into potato mixture.
  5. Cook until firm.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and served with sliced tomatoes on the side.
