Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Oven 375 Mix the egg white and the 1 tablespoon of water together and then set aside.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients with a hand or stand mixer until creamy.
  3. Gently pat the dough mixture into a greased 10-inch springform pan.
  4. Brush the cake with the egg white/water mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and then turn the oven temperature down to 350 and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
  6. Cool before unmolding.
  7. Cut into wedges or diamond shapes and enjoy!
  8. Good as is or with some lemon or lime curd!
