Summer Sherbet Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint sherbet ( lemon , lime , orange or your favorite-soften 3/4 of the pint of )
  • 1 -2 tbsp sugar (not needed if the tea is sweetened)
  • 3 cups milk
  • lemon slices or lime slices or orange slice
  • mint sprig

Directions:

  1. Beat softened sherbet, tea and sugar with mixer or blender until smooth.
  2. Add cold milk.
  3. Beat just until foamy.
  4. Pour into cold glasses.
  5. Top with scoops of the remaining sherbet.
  6. Garnish with fruit slices and/or mint sprigs.
  7. Serve immediately.
