Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place tea bags and sugar in a 2-quart pitcher.
  2. Add 4 cups of boiling water.
  3. Steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags.
  5. Steep fresh mint leaves in tea for at least 3 minutes.
  6. Remove mint leaves.
  7. Add lemon juice, lemon slices and pineapple juice.
  8. Fill the pitcher with cold water.
  9. Serve over ice.
  10. Garnish with pineapple and fresh mint leaves.
