Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Pour berries into a 9x13 casserole.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar.
  3. In a mixing bowl sift together all dry ingredients including leftover 1/2 cup of sugar.
  4. Beat milk and melted butter into dry ingredients to create a batter.
  5. Pour batter in an even layer over frozen berries.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees until cake is brown and berries are bubbling.
