Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in oil.
  2. In a bowl combine soy sauce, broth and sugar.
  3. Pour half of soy mixture in pan with meat.
  4. Psuh meat to one side and add onions and celery.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Add remaining soy mixture, banmboo shoots, mushrooms and spinach.
  7. Simmer 5 minutes longer.
