Sugar Free Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/16 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
