Ingredients:

  • 4 medium apples pared cored and quartered
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sweetener

Directions:

  1. Combine apples, water and cinnamon then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon and mash apples until smooth then stir in sweetener
