Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bacon slice between double thickness of paper towels on oven floor.
  2. Microwave at HIGH for 1- 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp and browned.
  3. Halve zucchini lengthwise.
  4. Hollow out inside of each half, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
  5. Chop zucchini pulp and combine with remaining ingredients.
  6. Fill zucchini shells with mixture mounding slightly.
  7. Place in a 12 X 8-inch baking dish,.
  8. Microwave at HIGH 6-8 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
  9. Do Not over cook.
