Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup garlic

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatos in half the long ways, and remove seeds.
  2. Cut cheese in small cubes.
  3. Finely dice garlic or crush it.
  4. In med. glass bowl, add cheese, mayo, and garlic, mix will.
  5. Add mix into tomatos, and place tomatos in rectangular oven safe dish.
  6. Place in pre-heated oven (375 F), for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned on tops.
  7. Serve hot.
