Ingredients:

  • 1 pint. mushrooms can use button or mature bellas. flavor varies
  • 1 cup scallions , chopped. can reduce amount by adding green onions
  • 1/2 lb bacon, fried
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Clean mushrooms well. Snap stem off. The larger mushrooms you make have to scoop out. I used a tomato scooper.
  2. Combine scallions, bacon and cream cheese. Mix well.
  3. Scoop mixture into mushrooms. Top with a dab of butter and place in at 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
