Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage, drain, cool and chop fine
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Divide by 8 and roll into logs
  4. Cut tops off peppers an remove seeds
  5. Stuff the logs into the peppers
  6. Pan fry the peppers in evoo turning until browned on all sides
  7. Some of the filling will come out of the peppers and brown
  8. Thats the best part
