Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut a slit in each of the chicken breast.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in the egg white.
  3. Roll each chicken breast in the bowl breadcrumbs.
  4. Mix cheeses, spinach, onion, garlic, oregano.
  5. Stuff each chicken breast with the above mixture.
  6. Bake the chicken breast in oven at 400 for 55-60 minutes.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese and serve.
