Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 lb of ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 30 oz of canned tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup of feta cheese

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingrediants except peppers and top with feta cheese. Bake covered in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
