Peppers stuffed with lowfat hamburger, zucchini, and rice. The peppers are topped with low fat feta cheese.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 pounds of ground beef
2 cups of shredded zucchini
1 small onion
1 cup white rice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of oregano
6 bell peppers
30 ounces of canned tomatoes
2/3 cup of feta cheese
Directions:
1. Mix all ingrediants except peppers and top with feta cheese. Bake covered in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
