Ingredients:

  • 4 slices toasted bread
  • 1/2 cup copped onion

Directions:

  1. Toast 4 slices of bread
  2. Fry onions and bacon until cooked but not overcooked.
  3. Add contents of can of baked bean.
  4. Heat until heated through.
  5. Spoon evenly onto toast.
  6. Cover evenly with shredded cheese.
  7. Place on heat proof plate and toast/grill/broil until cheese is turning golden.
  8. May use any flavor of beans or cheese you like.
  9. May substitute potato baked in jacket and cut open instead of toast.
  10. I like a strong tasty cheese.
  11. May be cooked in microwave instead of frying
