String Beans and Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups string beans
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large vidalia onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Trim off edges of string beans.
  2. Slice Onions
  3. Cut plum tomatoes into small pieces or cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Mince garlic
  5. Saute onions in pan until translucent.
  6. Add string beans and cook until just tender.
  7. Add Tomatoes and Garlic, Salt & Pepper, red pepper flakes and hot sauce.
  8. Cook for a few minutes until tomatoes are wilted.
  9. Deglaze with Balsamic Vinegar.
