Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup tomatoes
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Directions:

  1. Fry onion
  2. Lightly fry garlic
  3. Brown off mince
  4. Grate in carrot
  5. Add sliced mushrooms
  6. Add tomatoes
  7. Add tomato paste
  8. Simmer for 30 mins
  9. Season with herbs
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste
