Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line pie pan with unbaked crust.
  2. Mix next 7 ingredients together and place in crust.
  3. Bake at 400 for 45 min.
  4. Make streusel topping while pie is baking, mix remaining ingredients together.
  5. Sprinkle streusel on pie after 45 min. of baking and return to oven that is lowered to 350 and bake an additional 15 min. longer.
  6. Serve with ice cream.
