Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring the water and OJ to a boil and add the spices and quinoa.
  2. Reduce heat and cover to simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Slice the strawberries.
  4. Toast the walnuts.
  5. Toss in the walnuts and strawberries when the quinoa is cooked.
  6. Serve warm.
