Strawberry Pie - Low Calorie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake pie crust according to directions on package. Cool.
  2. Boil 2 cups water, add strawberry jello and mix until dissolved. Add the remaining 1 cup of water. Stir.
  3. Add strawberries and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until the mixture has soft-set.
  4. Pour strawberry mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate until completely set.
  5. Top each piece with 1 tbsp light cool whip.
