Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift together.
  2. Mix vanilla extract into the milk and pour into the dry ingredients.
  3. Add oil and mix until smooth.
  4. Ladle the pancake mix onto a hot griddle.
  5. Sprinkle with strawberries.
  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  7. Place pancakes onto plates and top with whipped topping, strawberry syrup, and additional diced strawberries.
