Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt, melt the butter in a saucepan, pour into the mixture then add the milk, and vanilla. Beat the egg in a measuring cup then add to the mixture and stir well. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  2. Heat a griddle or round skillet on high heat sprayed with cooking spray. When hot pour a small amount of pancake mix onto it. Cook until both sides are good and brown. Repeat with rest of batter.
  3. Strawberry Sauce
  4. Combine strawberries,butter, and sugar in the saucepan where you melted the other butter. Wait until the butter is melted then add the water and bring to a boil. reduce to simmer and take off when it looks a bit thick but not to thick. Pour over the pancakes and add some butter ontop and you are ready to eat!
