Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk together milk, eggs, oil and sugar, add flour and baking powder, then fold in strawberries.
  2. Drop onto sprayed griddle or frying pan 1/4 Celsius at a time, waiting for bubbles to form, then turning them over to cook through.
