Ingredients:

  • 1 pint strawberry
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 pint whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Hull and chop strawberries and place in a bowl.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup sugar over strawberries.
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Either in a food processor or sieve puree strawberry mixture.
  5. Pour strawberry mixture in ice cream making can.
  6. Add milk,cream and sugar stir until sugar is dissolved.
  7. Process according to ice cream machine instructions.
