Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the cleaned strawberries into a bowl.
  2. Add granulated sugar, cornstarch and orange juice.
  3. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  5. Place cookies in a bag and crush them.
  6. Pour the cookie crumbs into another bowl.
  7. Add brown sugar, walnuts, nutmeg and melted butter to the crumbs.
  8. Stir until it forms a crumbly dough.
  9. Pour the strawberries into a glass baking dish ( 8 X 11 ) and spread them out evenly.
  10. Scatter the cookie topping evenly over the strawberries, then gently stir in a bit with a fork.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes.
  12. Enjoy! :)
