Strawberry Crisp for Two

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Divide strawberries between 2 oven-proof dishes.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 oatmeal mixture over each.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and browned.
