Stove Top Stuffed Chicken Rolls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine stuffing mix and water in large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in eggs.
  4. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 thickness.
  5. Spread stuffing mixture evenly onto chicken breasts to within 1/2 of edges.
  6. Roll up from one of the short sides to enclose stuffing.
  7. Place seam side down in 13x9 baking pan.
  8. Mix together soup and milk and pour over chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
