Stove Top Baby Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chicken broth/stock (whatever you have on hand)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat a medium skillet on high until hot.
  2. Add chicken stock, bring to a simmer, add potatoes.
  3. Simmer for 20-25 min, depending on size of potatoes.
  4. The last 10 min of cooking scatter minced garlic and black pepper on top of potatoes, cover for the last 10 min of cooking.
  5. Serve as a side, add cheese, bacon or gravy depending on your main course.
  6. *add salt to taste, the chicken stock I used had salt in it and that flavors the potoatoes.
