Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp glucose
  • 4 cups water

Directions:

  1. In large heavy saucepan,place the sugars,glucose and water.
  2. Cook to 312 degrees (or) until hard crack stage.
  3. Add the extracts and coconut.
  4. Pour into an buttered pan.
  5. When cool cut into squares.
