Ingredients:

  1. Thread three marshmallows each onto wooden skewers.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl and microwave for about 1 minute and 20 seconds until melted, stopping every 20-30 seconds to stir
  3. Meanwhile, place graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag and bang with a rolling pin until graham crackers are in crumbs.
  4. Spread cracker crumbs out in a layer on a plate.
  5. Use a spoon to coat each marshmallow stick with chocolate then roll chocolate covered marshmallow in graham cracker crumbs and set aside on wax paper to harden.
  6. Repeat with remaining marshmallow sticks reheating chocolate if necessary.
  7. Place finished sticks in refrigerator to finish cooling.
  8. For a variation, mix two tablespoons of peanut butter in with melted chocolate...then proceed in coating marshmallows in chocolate and coating with graham crackers.
  9. Also you can trim the tops of strawberries and thread the skewers alternately with the strawberries and marshmallows.
  10. Roll in chocolate and graham crackers for a fun treat!!
