Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in food processor or with immersion blender.
  2. Add water until the consistancy is about that of maple syrup.
  3. Place with chicken in plastic bag, remove air, marinate overnight.
  4. Grill or broil chicken until tender.
  5. Allow to cool and chop in to bite sized chunks Mix dressing ingredients in food processor or with immersion blender.
  6. Add water until the consistancy is about that of maple syrup.
  7. Combine chicken, oilves, pasta, fresh oregano and toss.
  8. Add desired amount of dressing while tossing.
  9. Adjust seasoning and Garnish with more fresh oregano.
