Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice bread into one inch slices.
  2. Heat olive oil in medium sauce pan over med/high heat.
  3. Add all ingredients to pan except cheese saute for about 12 mins.
  4. Place each slice of bread on cookie sheet and top with shredded cheese and a tablespoon of sauce pan mixture and garnish with olives
  5. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake about 12-15 mins.
