Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the first five ingredients well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow saucer.
  3. Steam the mixture over boiling water, or you can steam it inside rice cooker above rice, until it is just cooked (about 7 minutes).
  4. Sprinkle the spring onion on top.
  5. Add soy sauce on top to suit your taste.
  6. Serve hot with rice and other dishes.
