Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs steak
  • 2 -3 onions
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix to a paste the tomato sauce, flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Slice onions.
  4. Place tin foil in a casserole dish coming well over the edges to be able to seal later on.
  5. Spread half of paste over.
  6. Place meat on top and cover with sliced onions and rest of paste.
  7. Seal foil.
  8. Bake for 1 hour.
