Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add gelatin to cold water in a bowl.
  2. Set this over a saucepan with boiling water until the gelatin is clear.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Meanwhile whip the cream until it is medium thick.
  5. With the mixer still on, pour gelatin into the center of the cream.
  6. Continue to whip. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  7. Continue whipping until cream is in soft peaks.
  8. At this point you can add food coloring or use as is.
  9. Frost cake or cupcakes.
