Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut up cauliflower into small pieces & place in a pot of salted water & bring to a boil.
  2. Slice garlic cloves directly into the pot.
  3. Boil until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Drain the water & leave the pot on the stove so the extra liquid evaporates.
  5. Chop the avocado & add it to the pot & mash.
  6. Add S&P to taste.
