Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry ingredient (A) with with a bit of olive oil and salt it to taste. You may add a pinch of black pepper if you like; set aside.
  2. Blend all ingredients in (B) then add in the squid. Let the herbs coat the squid evenly.
  3. Wash then pat dry the salads. Put in a bowl along with the onions. Dress the salad with the baby squids.
