Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium yellow squash

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in olive oil. Slice zucchini, and yellow squash. Add to onions. Cook until vegetable are soft. Add black pepper to taste.
